Below you will find rental rates for 2025. Our listed amounts include the use of the entire 4,000 sq ft space for the time indicated (inclusive of set up and tear down) and includes the following features: 

• Multiple seating areas (furniture included) 
• 50 banquet style chairs with black covers and additional black folding chairs
• 12 rectangular tables (10 occasional and 2 high tops) 
• Ambient lighting 
• Audio/Visual equipment including wifi, stereo with inputs, 85" smart TV on rolling stand, 120" projection screen 
• Small kitchen prep area with 3 compartment sink, refrigerator, table
• Front of house serving area/bar with beverage refrigerator, microwave and front/back serving counters
• 2 ADA compliant restrooms
